Educational Objectives
After attending this event, participants should be able to:
- Address individual needs in compliance with their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) plan.
- Describe the convergence of obesity, diabetes, renal, and cardiovascular diseases
- Discuss the highlights of implementing novel therapies in the CaReMe-O field
- Discuss new research findings and knowledge in treating CaReMe-O patients
- Discuss new research findings and knowledge about medical therapy and early intervention in cardiorenal metabolic syndrome
- Interpret research and clinical interdisciplinary collaborations focusing on the leadership of the family physicians in treating the CаRеMе-O patient
- Enhance the exchange of ideas and knowledge about transforming the quality of care and outcomes.
Target Audience
Organized in collaboration with the Spanish Society of General and Family Doctors (SEMG), CaReMe-O 2024 is principally aimed at primary care physicians, endocrinologists, nephrologists, and cardiologistл The conference offers a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue, influence better care processes, and form collaborations with field pioneers.
To Receive Your CME/CPD Certificate
The CME/CPD certificate will be available after completing the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure. The process takes about 5 minutes. We thank you for your feedback as it is an important part of CME/CPD accreditation and helps improve future educational offerings.

- Complete the anonymous online evaluation
- Complete the credit claim form and submit
- The CME/CPD certificate will be available for download; and retained for your records
Kindly note that the CaReMe-O 2024 online evaluation will be active on the last day of the meeting. You will then be able to access it and claim your CME/CPD certificate.
