Members of National PCP/GP/Family Medicine Associations are entered into a draw for receive one of 10 exclusive Travel Grants, consisting of reimbursement of round trip plane ticket up to €350, and a hotel booking for 2 nights, provided by the orginzers.

Criteria for application:

• All applicants must be PCP/GP/Family doctors
• All applicants must be members of a National PCP/GP/Family medicine association
• All applicants must include the name of their membership associtaion during their registration in the relevant field (“Are you a member of a society”)
• Applicants must upload Proof of General Practitioner/ Family Doctor status to be eligible
• Applicants must only register for the event to enter the raffle.

The travel grant winners will be selected at random out of the eligible applicants.
